The Clash 5 VIP table giveaway rules
- Organiser. The giveaway is run by The Clash Baltic MTÜ (registry code 80635294, Akadeemia tn 5-13, 80011 Pärnu, Estonia).
- Prize. One (1) The Clash 5 top-tier cage-side VIP table, worth €1799. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and not transferable without the organiser’s consent.
- Eligibility. Open to natural persons aged 18 or over. To enter, complete the form at theclash.ee/vip-loos and give marketing consent (Box 1). One entry per person.
- Entry period. The draw is open until 10.10.2026. Entries after that are not counted.
- Winner selection. The winner is drawn at random from confirmed entrants and announced on 17.10.2026. The winner is contacted by email or phone. The winner has 1 day to accept the prize; if they do not respond within 1 day, a new winner is drawn.
- Marketing consent. Consent in Box 1 is required to enter. Betting-offer consent (Box 2) is optional and does not affect entry or the chance of winning.
- Withdrawal. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Withdrawal does not cancel an entry already made.
- Personal data. Processing is described in the privacy notice below.
- Liability. The organiser is not liable for incorrect or incomplete data submitted by the entrant.
- Changes. The organiser may amend these rules by publishing changes on the same page.
Privacy notice
Controller. The Clash Baltic MTÜ, registry code 80635294, Akadeemia tn 5-13, 80011 Pärnu, Estonia, info@theclash.ee.
Data we collect. Email address, phone number, birth year. Birth year is used for age verification and age-bracket segmentation (we collect the year only, not the full date of birth).
Purposes and legal bases.
- Running the draw and contacting the winner (basis: agreement to the rules).
- Marketing (news and offers), including partner offers in the sports, food & drink, and lifestyle sectors (basis: consent, Box 1).
- Ad targeting on Meta and Google by sharing your hashed email and phone to build custom audiences (basis: consent, Box 1).
- Betting-partner offers, only to persons aged 21+ (basis: consent, Box 2, optional).
Betting and age. Betting offers are sent only to persons aged 21 or over (Estonian Gambling Act) who have consented in Box 2. Every message containing a betting offer carries responsible-gambling information.
Recipients. Data is held in MailerLite (email marketing platform). Hashed email and phone may be shared with Meta and Google to build custom audiences. We do not pass your data to the betting partner; any offers are sent by us.
Retention. Entrants who did not give marketing consent are deleted after the draw ends. Data of those who consented is kept until consent is withdrawn and is also used to market future events. On withdrawal the data is deleted.
Your rights. You may access, correct, delete, restrict processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time (as easily as you gave it, e.g. via the unsubscribe link). On withdrawal we also remove you from Meta and Google audiences. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
