As part of the European Combat Sports Festival, ONE Championship fighter Jeff Chan – the man behind MMAShredded, one of the world's biggest martial arts channels with over a million followers – leads an open Muay Thai training session in Tallinn.
Chan holds a 24-2 record in Muay Thai and kickboxing, a 4-1 record in MMA, a regional amateur Muay Thai title, and a brown belt in BJJ, and has trained at Tristar under Firas Zahabi. What he teaches online to hundreds of thousands, he'll teach on the mat here – hands-on, with corrections in real time.
On the mat, you will work on:
- Striking fundamentals, stance, range, and clean combinations.
- Clinch entries and how to control and finish from there.
- Defence and counters – reading your opponent instead of just trading.
- Pad and partner drills you can take back to your own gym.
This open training is for all levels – from your first months in the gym to experienced competitors.
