A good project application takes weeks. Or it takes a weekend if you know how to use the tools.
One of the seminars at the European Combat Sports Festival will be led by Mariliis Maremäe: a youth work specialist and certified adult trainer with long international experience, who has written, coordinated, and partnered in numerous Erasmus+ and other funded projects.
This seminar is a practical look at how AI tools fit into real project writing from the first idea to a submitted application. Not "let ChatGPT write it": funders can spot generic AI text, and evaluators are tired of reading it. The point is to use AI where it saves you hours and keep the thinking, the idea, and the voice your own.
During the seminar, you will learn:
- Which parts of a project application AI does well and which it gets confidently wrong.
- How to turn a rough idea into a structured project plan in a fraction of the time.
- Prompting techniques for budgets, timelines, objectives, and impact sections.
- How to keep your application authentic so it doesn't read like a hundred others.
This seminar is designed for coaches, club leaders, youth workers, and anyone who writes or wants to start writing funding applications for their organisation.
