Cookies and tracking technologies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On your first visit a <strong>consent banner<\/strong> appears; <strong>statistics and marketing technologies do not run until you consent<\/strong>, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Functional \/ necessary<\/strong> \u2014 required for the site to work (consent storage, language, basic security). Always on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Statistics<\/strong> \u2014 Google Analytics 4. Runs only with your consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marketing<\/strong> \u2014 Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and embedded media (e.g. YouTube). Runs only with your consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use <strong>Google Tag Manager<\/strong> to manage our marketing tags (e.g. the Meta and TikTok pixels). It loads only after you consent to marketing cookies and does not itself store cookies on your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An always-current cookie list is in our <strong>cookie settings \/ cookie policy<\/strong> (managed by Complianz).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Newsletter and marketing emails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you submit your email (newsletter, ticket discount, or live-stream access), we add you to our mailing list, operated by <strong>MailerLite<\/strong>. Marketing consent is <strong>optional<\/strong> \u2014 you can receive the discount code \/ live-stream access without agreeing to marketing. You can <strong>unsubscribe at any time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our newsletter may also include <strong>offers from our partners and sponsors<\/strong>. These are always sent by The Clash itself \u2014 we <strong>never share your email address<\/strong> with partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Age<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some features ask you to confirm your age. In Estonia the digital-consent age is <strong>13<\/strong>. If you are <strong>under 13<\/strong>, please do not submit personal data or sign up for marketing without a parent or guardian&#8217;s involvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Who we share data with (processors and third parties)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Google Ireland Ltd<\/strong> \u2014 Google Analytics 4 (statistics) and Google Tag Manager (tag management).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd<\/strong> \u2014 Meta Pixel (marketing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TikTok Technology Ltd<\/strong> \u2014 TikTok Pixel (marketing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>YouTube \/ Google<\/strong> \u2014 embedded video players.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania)<\/strong> \u2014 email\/newsletter delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Piletitasku<\/strong> \u2014 ticket sales (separate controller once you are redirected).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Festival registration<\/strong> \u2014 handled on external third-party websites, which are separate controllers; we do <strong>not<\/strong> store Festival registration data on theclash.ee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Google (Google Apps Script)<\/strong> \u2014 transmission of VIP table booking requests (see section 12).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Montonio Finance O\u00dc<\/strong> \u2014 payment processing for the shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DPD Eesti AS<\/strong> and <strong>AS Eesti Post (Omniva)<\/strong> \u2014 parcel delivery for the shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Our hosting provider (veebimajutus.ee)<\/strong> \u2014 website hosting (Estonia\/EU).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may also disclose data where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. International data transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some providers (Google, Meta, TikTok) may process data <strong>outside the European Economic Area<\/strong>, including the <strong>United States<\/strong>. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards \u2014 the <strong>EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework<\/strong> and\/or the European Commission&#8217;s <strong>Standard Contractual Clauses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. How long we keep your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Newsletter:<\/strong> until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analytics:<\/strong> the retention period set in Google Analytics (<strong>14 months<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Orders \/ accounting:<\/strong> <strong>7 years<\/strong>, as required by Estonian bookkeeping law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Server logs:<\/strong> up to <strong>6 months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consent records:<\/strong> as long as needed to prove consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the GDPR you have the right to <strong>access<\/strong>, <strong>rectify<\/strong>, <strong>erase<\/strong>, <strong>restrict<\/strong> or <strong>object to<\/strong> processing, <strong>data portability<\/strong>, and to <strong>withdraw consent<\/strong> at any time. You may also <strong>lodge a complaint<\/strong> with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (<strong>Andmekaitse Inspektsioon<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aki.ee\">www.aki.ee<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise your rights, contact <strong>info@theclash.ee<\/strong>. We respond within one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Data security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use appropriate technical and organisational measures \u2014 HTTPS encryption, access controls, and hosted payment processing (card data never reaches our servers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. VIP table bookings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you submit a VIP table booking request on our website, we process: your <strong>name, email address, phone number, selected package, number of tables, and your message<\/strong>. The data is transmitted via <strong>Google (Google Apps Script)<\/strong> to the organiser&#8217;s email and used <strong>solely to process your booking and contact you<\/strong> (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) \u2014 steps prior to entering into a contract). It is <strong>not added to any marketing list<\/strong> or shared with other third parties; Google acts as a data processor in transmitting it. Data is retained only as long as needed to handle the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Changes to this policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update this policy. The current version is always published here with the &#8220;Last updated&#8221; date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14.
