Download it, read it together with the rulebooks published on this page, sign it and upload the PDF during Smoothcomp registration. The same rule applies in every country, including Estonia. Verification happens before the event; nothing is brought on paper to the venue.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p>At accreditation: an ID check against the submitted declaration, then the coach pass (wristband). A maximum of two cornermen per athlete. Without a verified declaration there is no coach access to the festival.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p class=\"clash-reg-note\">Clubs registering athletes: the Universal Athlete Declaration is signed by the athlete personally, or by their parent for under-18s.
