Nothing is brought on paper to the venue; verification happens before the event.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p>Verified team members receive a wristband at accreditation, giving festival access including the corner area; during a match, a maximum of two team members work the athlete&#039;s corner at any time. Without the documents there is no wristband and no access to the festival.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<p class=\"clash-reg-note\">Clubs registering athletes: the Universal Athlete Declaration is signed by the athlete personally, or by their parent for under-18s. Citizens of the EU, EEA and Schengen countries need no visa to enter Estonia. Citizens of other countries may need a Schengen visa \u2014 check the requirements with the Estonian embassy, or the embassy representing Estonia, in your country of residence.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"clash-reg-sub\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3>What our letter is<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<p>On request, the organiser issues an invitation letter confirming that the named person is registered for The Clash: European Combat Sports Festival, 20\u201324 October 2026, Unibet Arena, Tallinn, and in which role.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<p>The letter does not guarantee a visa \u2014 the decision is made solely by the consulate. The organiser does not act as a financial sponsor or guarantor: travel, accommodation, insurance and all other costs of the stay are borne by the participant or their club. The organiser does not register formal visa invitations with the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"clash-reg-sub\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3>Who can receive a letter<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"clash-reg-notes\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Athletes who have completed their registration on Smoothcomp, including the signed Athlete Declaration.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Team officials (coaches and cornermen) who accompany a registered athlete from their club and have submitted the coach package (team list, signed Coach Declaration, criminal-record extract). Letters for team officials are issued in reasonable proportion to the number of athletes, normally one official for every two athletes and at least one per team.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<p class=\"clash-reg-note\">We do not issue letters to supporters, family members or other persons without a role at the competition.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"clash-reg-sub\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3>How to request a letter<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<p>Send the request to <a href=\"mailto:info@theclash.ee\">info@theclash.ee<\/a> by 30 September 2026. Include, for each person:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<ol class=\"clash-reg-steps\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Full name exactly as printed in the passport<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Date of birth<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Passport number and expiry date<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>A scan of the passport photo page<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Role (athlete, coach or cornerman) and club<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Planned arrival and departure dates<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>The embassy or consulate where the application will be submitted<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t<p>For athletes under 18, the letter is issued only when a parent or legal guardian has signed the registration documents.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<p>We issue letters within three working days of receiving a complete request. Letters are sent as signed and stamped PDF documents.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"clash-reg-sub\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3>Verification and attendance<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t<p>Before issuing a letter we may verify the information with the national federation, the club or through the athlete&#039;s competition record, and ask for additional documents. The organiser may decline a request without giving reasons. A letter is withdrawn if the registration is cancelled or if the information provided proves to be incorrect, and the consulate is informed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<p>Every participant collects their accreditation in person with the passport named in the letter. The organiser records attendance and may inform the consulate that issued the visa, and the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board, if a person who received an invitation letter does not attend the event.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<p>Passport data is used only to prepare and verify the invitation letter and to confirm attendance.
